Important Notes About Your Order

  1. After placing an order, we are unable to change the size, color, or cancel the order, as this may cause inventory discrepancies and affect other customers. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.
  2. We strictly control product quality. However, if you receive a defective item, the wrong product, or an item damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Please check the product condition immediately upon delivery. After 7 days from the delivery date, or if the product has been used (even carefully), we will not accept returns or exchanges.
  4. In principle, refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available. Exchanges will be made for the same product. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or send an equivalent product.
  5. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back. Depending on your order details, the process may vary. Returns sent without prior contact will not be processed.
  6. Depending on the case, we may request product photos to verify the issue. Please provide clear images when contacting us via email so we can review and respond promptly.

About the Products

  1. All products are inspected after arriving at our warehouse. Due to machine-based manufacturing, minor details such as fabric joins, loose threads, or mixed fibers may occur. These are not considered defects, and products meeting standards will still be shipped. We appreciate your understanding.
  2. The same product may have slight variations in size or shape depending on production time or color. This does not affect usability.
  3. Due to material characteristics, some products may have a dye smell. Items are stored sealed from the manufacturer and repackaged after inspection, so the smell may be stronger than display items in stores. This odor will gradually fade after a few days or when aired out.
  4. Product colors on the website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting conditions and device screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly.

Cases NOT Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • Products that have been unsealed or used
  • Items stained from trying on, or with cigarette/foreign odors
  • Requests not related to product quality issues
  • Washed, repaired, or dry-cleaned items
  • Missing tags, shoe boxes, packaging, or accessories
  • More than 7 days after delivery
  • “Not as expected” reasons
  • Returns sent without prior contact
  • Tags or price labels removed
  • Partial returns (missing items/accessories)
  • Failure to provide clear photos or description of the issue

Cases Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • Requests made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products unused, undamaged, and with original packaging
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items

A. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, after confirming stock availability, we will send a replacement or equivalent product. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

B. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, significant difference in color/design from listing), please contact us within 7 days with photos. After verification, we will process a refund.


Important Note

If the exchange is due to selecting the wrong size or personal reasons, return shipping and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
